Robert Mondavi Fume Blanc

Fumé Blanc offers generous and vibrant citrus, melon and herbal aromas and flavors. The nose leads to a refreshing palate with distinct Fume Blanc flavors of juicy fruit and floral notes. The finish is long and clean with a lemon zest.

Pair with: Spicy Butternut Squash Soup, Shrimp, Pastas with White Sauce.

Chateau St. Jean Chardonnay

This medium-bodied and creamy Chardonnay opens with a pleasant mild toasty oak and butter bouquet. The flavor profile is a mild lemon lime with a touch of butter, white pepper, and gentle oak. The finish is dry and its mild oak lingers slightly. This wine has a subtle elegance with a lingering finish.

Pair with: Poultry dishes, Pork, Seafood or recipes with a heavy cream or butter base.

Louis Latour Beaujolais Villages

The Beaujolais Villages presents itself in a profoundly superb garnet color. The nose is powerful with aromas of strawberry and black currant, accompanied by notes of hummus. In the mouth it is an ample and round wine with aromas of huckleberry. The finish gives a lovely persistence.
