A: Membership materials should be received by mail 6-8 weeks after enrollment. If materials have not been received after eight weeks, you should contact us at 1-800-NOW-4-SSG

Justin Jones says: I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Camille. She was the cocktail waitress at the piano bar at Sandal’s Montego Bay that allowed me and my wife to have an unforgettable 11yr (according to my wife), I say 19 yr anniversary LOL. For the past 3 years we have been vacationing/anniversary at Sandal’s Montego Bay and each time has been more memorable than the last. Camille had a great personality and even though we know it was her job to make us feel welcome, she seemed to perform her job as if it wasn’t a job but she really wanted to make sure that we were comfortable and felt at home. We plan on making arrangements to return for next year as well and look forward to the great hospitality that has always welcomed me and my wife. Thank you for making Jamaica our home away from home.

David and Wanda Gauthier says: This was our first stay at Sandals Montego Bay (Jan. 14-21, 2012). It was also our 29th Wedding Anniversary. Our upgrade was phenomenal! Our bulters (Mykal & Damien) were exceptional. Kenroy, who delivered our drinks on the beach was the best! Our “housemaiden”, Hyacinth, was so gracious and kind. She kept our room spotless! I wish I could bring her home with me! She will be greatly missed when she retires. Nichelle, the waitress from Bayside was so wonderful! She made us feel so welcome and comfortable. All of these people made our stay extremely memorable and we are returning for our 30th Wedding Anniversary next year! Great Job! Beautiful resort! We just can’t say enough about Sandals Montego Bay.
